Boo at the Zoo is Lincoln's largest trick-or-treat event. The entire family will love stopping at trick-or-treat booths to get candy, coupons, and more. All of the money raised during Boo at the Zoo directly supports the Zoo and its animals.

Zoo Members
- Lincoln Children's Zoo Members receive free entry to Boo at the Zoo, but must reserve a ticket.
- All tickets must be reserved in advance. No tickets will be available at the entrance gates during the event.
- All guest 2 years old and older require a ticket to attend.
- Members who wish to trick-or-treat must purchase a treat bag. It is strongly encouraged to purchase treat bags in advance.
- Please have photo ID and/or membership card ready, along with your tickets, the night of the event.

Non-members
- All tickets must be reserved in advance. No tickets will be available at the entrance gates during the event.

- Members of other zoos, such as Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo, do not receive any discounts.

- Receive exclusive early entry to Boo at the Zoo 30 minutes prior to opening; 5:00 p.m. during evening hours or 12:00 p.m. during daytime hours.
- Enter via the VIP entrance line for quicker entry.

- Members of other zoos, such as Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo, do not receive any discounts.

- Select your chosen ticket type and proceed to checkout. (Tickets are listed as non-member price, member discount will be applied during checkout.)
- During checkout, click the "I'm a member" box and enter your member number.
- Your member number can be found on the back of your Zoo membership card.
- Last name, email, and member number must match what is listed on your membership account.

A limited number of VIP tickets are available for each night and may sell out. VIP ticket are only valid for the selected night.

Helpful Information
In preparation for Boo at the Zoo, the historic portion of the Zoo will be closed October 21 - November 1. The Zoo will close at 3:00 p.m. October 26, 27, 28 and 30 for Boo at the Zoo. The Zoo will be closed to day guests on October 27.
Admission Information
- Event tickets are required for anyone 2 years and older.
- VIP tickets are valid for the selected night only and can enter the event any time between 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. (Oct. 26-30) and between 12:00 - 3:00 p.m. (Oct. 27 only).

Who needs a ticket to Boo at the Zoo?
• Everyone ages 2 and up will need a ticket to attend Boo at the Zoo.
Can I purchase tickets when I arrive at Boo at the Zoo?
• No, all tickets must be purchased in advance. Tickets will not be available at the entrance gates during the event.
My ticket say 5:30 p.m. or 12:30 p.m., can I come anytime that day?
• Yes, general admission tickets are valid anytime between 5:30 - 8:00pm on Oct. 26-30 or between 12:30 - 3:00pm on Sunday, Oct. 27. Typically, things tend to slow down later in the evening, so if you want to avoid lines, later in the evening is the best way to do so.
Do adults need tickets if only the kids are collecting candy?
• Yes, everyone ages 2 and up will need admission tickets to enter Boo at the Zoo. Only those that want to collect candy need to purchase treat bags in addition to admission.
If we arrive at 8:00 p.m. will we still have time to see everything?
• Yes, the admission gates will close at 8:00 p.m. but the trick-or-treat booths will stay open until the last guest has passed their booth.
We are Zoo Members, can we just show our membership card instead of buying tickets?
• No, Zoo Members still need to reserve tickets in advance.
Parking
Ride Shuttles for FREE!
Shuttles provided by StarTran Bus Service.
Limited parking is available at the Zoo parking lots during Boo at the Zoo. Shuttles will run before, during and after the event for FREE. Shuttles begin at 4:30 p.m. each evening and 11:30 a.m. on Sunday Oct. 27. Park at any of the shuttle locations below to ride FREE to Boo at the Zoo.
