Donation Request Form

To request a donation from Lincoln Children’s Zoo for an event or organization, please complete the donation request form below. Donation requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the date needed. A typical donation from Lincoln Children’s Zoo is a Family Fun Four Pack, good for admission and train tickets for up to four guests. Lincoln Children’s Zoo attempts to fulfill as many donation requests as possible; however, due to the volume of requests received, at times not all requests are able to be fulfilled. Due to high volume of requests, submissions are typically processed 3-4 weeks prior to the notify date listed on the form.
